Comedy was unfortunately not up to Pixar's standards. Half of the jokes were poop or toilet related.
Though other than that, i really liked this movie. I really appreciate the theme of loneliness and friendship in a digital age. This even made me cry during one or two scenes.

9.3/10 Such a refreshing take on this goated franchise. We didn’t need a Toy Story 4 but we needed Toy Story 5 after Toy Story 4. Genuinely a great message to not just kids everyone. Which is why you got to love these movies. Woody definitely takes a big step back this movie as Jessie is the lead toy. But Jessie is just such a great lead and she is in so many great scenes. Honestly this movie needed to be made. Especially with the tech heavy world we live in today. Honestly I’m fine with another Toy Story being made after this. Andy got his trilogy so let’s let Bonnie get hers. There is some issues though. I just hated to see all the OG toys get sidelined. There presence was definitely missed. And I just don’t know if they can ever get that exact charm of the original trilogy again. But they sure got close to that charm with this one. Even though it’s a new release the movie just felt so nostalgic for me. Probably because I watched it with my grandpa who introduced me to these movies when I was a little kid. Overall an absolute amazing installment that is just so relevant and needed today.
