Quite possibly one of the most boring, bland, idiotic, and god awful movies I’ve ever seen. Instead of giving this a formal review of why I think it’s so trash, here’s 10 Sci-Fi movies I should’ve watched instead of The Astronaut:

If I’m thinking about watching sci-fi, I’ll watch one of these. However, I will talk about The Astronaut a little more in depth. This movie is so slow to actually start going. Way too much set up for a very bad pay off. The ending might be one of the worst I’ve ever seen and it’s so frustrating. It’s trying to act like a big twist even though there was nothing good leading up to this. The CGI is awful too so that doesn’t help its case. The Astronaut basically has nothing going for it and it was just a wet rag of sorts. Rot in hell.

sci-fi is one of my fav genres so i can’t rate it lower. I cried by the end of it, so that’s a good movie in my opinion. i loved the design of the aliens. and the twist for sure took me by surprise and yes i am an avid movie watcher.

This had some decent horror moments and some parts with OK cinematography. Other than that the dialogue was pretty bad, the story was badly written, and a lot of it was stupid and didn’t make sense.
