Out of all of the movies I’ve seen that Paul Walker was in, this is probably my favorite thus far. Stephen Zahn is the one who steals the show, however. He’s hilarious and arguably the most memorable character in the film by far.
With the exception of a single scene that felt like a random humiliation ritual, this film exceeded my expectations on pretty much every level. It could be that I just drove through rural Nebraska and Wyoming a month ago, but I think I just love a good 90’s/early 2000’s highway horror movie. It’s everything I wanted upon seeing the poster and then some.
Surprisingly solid stuff!
