Can never hate a classic that I grew up watching. The music and the illustrations always get me nostalgic and I loveee that. It’s a mix of adventure and fantasy with the mostly calm presence of Disney 🥸

It's been a long time since I last watched Sleeping Beauty, and I'd forgotten just how beautiful and lovely it is. Everything about this film is breathtaking, from the gorgeous hand-drawn backgrounds to the melodic score, and the characters are great, too; I absolutely adore the fairies, especially Fauna. I feel like Aurora and Phillip are criticised as being 'bland' compared to the other Disney Princesses and Princes, but they mesh together really well, and I love them. It's criminal that this didn't get a sequel, even a direct-to-video one, but regardless, I love Sleeping Beauty, and will continue to do so forever.
