There aren't many times in cinema in which the sequel is better than the original - especially when the original was itself, a good film.
I am happy to say that Anchorman 2 is a prime example of a sequel being an upgrade.

The narrative of this film is, I would say, better than that of the first film. Plus, the sheer number of cameos in the final battle is just genuinely awesome.
Naturally, the film is insanely funny, featuring a hilarious cast - especially Steve Carell / Brick. Brick is one of Carell's funniest characters and I just can't get enough of him.

It is impossible to watch this film without laughing. I dare anyone to try.

Great comedy - one of the few sequels that can actually compete with the original. Brick is still one of the funniest characters ever.

The cameofest at the end was pretty awesome, honestly. If you want a fun film, the anchorman films are always a great pick.
