beautiful film and character development. the way their relationship slows grows was absolutely adorable to see. i went in with extremely low expectations for the overall movie and of how mental illness would be portrayed and it exceeded my expectations. i love the way this humanized each character, never reducing them to their condition. truly so ahead of its time.
on another note, i love lisa's hair and clothes!! she reminded me of this one youtube comment that goes like "there is a thing called psychosis, which she seems to be showing signs of. however her room is really pretty and that cardigan really suits her so maybe she really does know best :/ "
also.. am i going insane or does david look like jacob elordi but with blue eyes? idk but it bothered me the entire movie because i knew i recognized his face
