Great vibes, great soundtrack and decent acting 

Terrible story, terrible execution and a terrible script 

Childish dialogues, mishandling the awesome cast

Chazz as the comedy relief? Penn barely has lines and Madsen should’ve had more screen time

Imagine pushing aside 3 of the best supporting actors in the 90s for some talentless women and the robotic military actors

I love noir but this didn't do it for me the cast is stacked and hss some great performances Nolte and Malkovich, but the movie is really not all that solid on worldbuilding. That Ground Zero shot of the nuke looked insane though.
