This movie portrays the best on-screen about a true hypocrite. In earlier scene, where Stephen just arrived home after the meeting with prime minister, he said to Ingrid that 'There's nothing more important than family'.
A man like that doesn't incoherently changed one night. Something in him is already disturbed.
Anna too. She's mentally deranged and can't get over about what happened…
