well shit, the worst thing i did when i was 13 was sneaking onto ao3 to read miraculous ladybug fanfiction.
jesus, this was a hard one to get through. all the respective performances were amazing, and the way the colors/general life slowly fade from the film as tracys life continues to go on a downward spiral and her mental state worsens until her whole world is almost completely grayed out was a damn good cinematography choice. especially since the color partially returns during the ending scene, after evie and her influence are out of her life.
fuck will i be thinking be about the ending for a while.
i definitely wont be watching this one again for the sake of my own mental stability but i enjoyed my time with it. the romanticization of this movie and its characters might just be the death of me though.
