I really like the idea of this story. It’s clever and well thought out.

The execution felt awkward and choppy though. I assume this was a book originally. I bet the book version of this would be elite.

a fun idea, but unfortunately this movie boxes itself into a corner immediately by revealing all of the secret information

… and then the rest of the movie is just “oh boy how do i deal with this moral dilemma guess i’ll just do nothing and be conflicted all the time”

Squandered potential here. As someone who watches a trial basically every week, I am a sucker for courtroom dramas so I expected to dig this.

I dug it, but I felt the whole way like I was missing something more.

Good movie, but a bit disappointed. I love movies that make me connect and immerse me in a world where I lose myself in the film, but I wish Juror #2 actually made me care.
