I feel like a douche putting this as my top 4, but after a 4th rewatch or however much I’ve watched this I just fal in love with it over and over again. Maybe it’s the aesthetics and the themes that attract me too it, or even young Al Pacinos acting that does it. But it’s deeper. I always thought that a top 4 means you have to have a deep attachment or a strong connection to the film but this film is just a great film. A film about desire and greed, the cinematography and the writing cements the story and generally what it’s trying to tell.
