When David Smallbone's successful music company collapses, he moves his family from Australia to the United States in search of a brighter future. With nothing more than their six children, their suitcases, and their love of music, David and his pregnant wife Helen set out to rebuild their lives from the ground up. Based on a remarkable true story, a mum's faith stands against all odds; and inspires her husband and children to hold onto theirs.

Ok, aside from the airport customs scene being one of the worst i’ve ever seen… - really hard to watch
It’s a very typical bad-acting, sweet story Christian movie, and I kind of enjoyed it. It took about an hour for me to lock in, but it was almost good.

A heartfelt movie about family, faith, and trying to keep that faith after every struggle. "Everything Beautiful" is just a great, great song (I cried). I already know I cry easily but this was such a welcome surprise, what with some aspects of this family really hitting close to home. Not to mention, this film depicting God's grace and how we inevitably struggle with our pride, forgetting to just be grateful? Happens to the best of us, for sure.
A solid 9.5/10. Really had me to tears, especially after finding out at the end that one of the Smallbone children portrayed their father in this film. Would recommend for people who are either really big on family or faith, perhaps both!

No vi el principio pero es muy bonita.
La verdad es que entiendo el sentimiento del padre por querer llevar adelante a la familia y no poder, pero no te quedes 3 días llorando tío JANAKAN. Igual se pasó con la hija

I’ve been listening to for king and country ever since I was little, it has always been one of my favourite bands and stays with me over the years. This movie was very special in a way of getting to know the people behind this band that had meant so much to me, knowing their story. I think this story is really beautiful and powerful. It’s about a family that struggled but got itself back up again. I have to say I missed faith a bit more in this, yes we see it with the praying and all but I kinda missed the private moments a bit, what did faith mean for them personally at those moments and how did they look at it, I missed that a bit. But overal so so beautiful and inspiring and just very special to be watching this.
