this was visually beautiful, all the elements were just what they need to be. but for a musical adaptation, im disappointed with the lack luster singing. not that its bad by any means but the emotion is just not... there??? for a flamboyant character like jamie that has such emotion in every line it just is a bit disappointing to hear him sing like hes just reciting the lines at times. not to say it didnt make me cry though.... bc it did. like upwards of five separate times, im typing this with a headache from it all.
that though, is my only complaint about this, because it really just was amazing and i cant say it enough, i feel like a teen again fighting through highschool and being inspired all a new by not just the character, but jamie himself
