A con artist at large goes around conning the citizens of the town out of their money in the most clever and hilarious ways possible. Determined to put an end to these cons once and for all, the chief of police begins a hunt to catch the con artist and restore the town from his trickery.

i cant fucking believe this guy. he conned me. HE CONNED ME. i was just minding my business in my flannel shirt and the man hypnotizes me with a magic watch and steals my wallet. what the hell. i needed my ihop membership card. a few days later i see him in front of the theater and im like "hell maybe it was a one time thing." I WAS STUPID. he says there's this scary creature and it's a MIRROR. two of my friends lost a buck on this!!! and of course the police do NOTHING. they get hypnotized THEMSELVES. GOD.
