Great concept, great idea but poorly executed. Never realised how bad this movie was as a kid. A real let down after the first 3. Still a feel good movie though but definitely not a movie I'll go back to alone, unless I'm rewatching the whole franchise. Also R.I.P. Pat Morita, you will be forever loved legend!
