Mark 13 is a government-built killing machine programmed with artificial intelligence, able to repair and recharge itself from any energy source. Through a series of coincidences, the cyborg's head ends up in the home of a sculptress as a bizarre Christmas present from her boyfriend. Once inside its new home, the cyborg promptly reconstructs the rest of its body using a variety of household utensils and proceeds to go on a murderous rampage.

The coloring and lighting in this movie is so delicious I’m in love
P.S. the shower scene where Moses caresses and holds Jill with his bionic hand is the most beautifully intimate thing I’ve seen

Felt for something a bit alternative this time around and this looked like the most alternative christmas movie on my imidiate radar. And just before putting this on I saw that it's the same director who made Dust Devil, which only made me more excited.
Similar to Dust Devil the visual of the movie is undeniably rad. It looks so cool, dreamy and sleazy. I absolutely love the mood this movie gets going from the first second to the last. And to my surprise the movie is even more out there visually than Dust Devil. It might not be everyones thing, cause it gets kinda cooky at times, but I loved it.
The story is minimal and kinda slow moving for what one night think or expect from a movie like this. However I kinda liked the small and way more focused approach it took. Still It did manage to maybe drag just a bit here and there, definitely taking its time to get to the more exciting stuff. But then again it's just a joy to kinda sit with even in the less interesting parts, so I didn't mind too much.
Soundtrack and music was peak too and Iggy Pop is in here. Yeah this movie just rocks okay. And though it unsurprisingly isn't the modt Christmassy of movies, there were enough mentions of Christmas for me to accept. And its even set in New York the most christmsss city of them all.
