Oscar-bait Madame Tutli Putli which isn't a bad thing in this case, Nice choice to animate the tale without mouth syncing, which gives it a more unsettling approach visually. Other than that it didn't really blew my mind or anything since at the end of it all the story itself was manly just a Give and get fable with a message but not really a compelling plot to match with it's own visual style.
