i was really looking forward to this one and it honestly wasnt bad, the acting stood out the most for me especially al dokhi, seeing him pull off such a raw performance shocked me, that scene where he’s being chased and laughing while his eyes show real terror was unforgettable.
the cinematography was beautiful, the way each color fit the emotion of the moment made every shot feel alive, even ugly places looked cinematic.
the story isn’t exactly new, kind of reminds me of taxi driver but it felt different with the indie vibe and saudi setting, the mc was written really well as someone damaged from the start, he just needed a push, it dragged a bit but for a debut this isnt bad.
