beautiful film. at times its an incredibly fun and exciting watch that plays with nostalgia for life in 2010. at times its a devastating and difficult watch. it gives such an authentic peek into what being a young boy growing up in an asian household would be like. it reminds me of my life in middle school. it has hilarious moments. its well shot, well acted, and feels genuinely well made throughout. def a recommend.

so many beautiful shots and the nostalgic vibes were great. i feel like they did the poor boy way to dirty and he was just a little too mean for me to enjoy watching the whole movie
