Bergman talks about the human condition and faith so interestingly and this was one of my favorites of his to date. The cinematography is really beautiful and while I didn’t understand everything that happened I feel I got a good idea of what Bergman was trying to say, how mental illness is a problem and how we know that God exists. The relationships in this film are truly fascinating and I really liked the character Martin. He is very loving and caring but it never works for Kiran. Incredible film
