Perfectly absurd overexaggeration of chasing after a bike thief. You steal one bike and suddenly the whole town’s after you, like you’ve gotten five stars in Grand Theft Auto before autos became mainstream. There’s exactly one car in this and it’s used effectively like every other prop used in the chase. Riding/driving up the wall is the real highlight of this short. Fairly silly!
