Mean and domineering Jane and the sweet and ditsy Jackie are two radically contrasting sisters who suffer from severe trauma after witnessing the murder/suicide of their parents as well as seeing their other sibling Janice raped and killed by her assailants. The pair are deemed fit to re-enter society and get released from a sanitarium where they have undergone extensive rehabilitation therapy. However, Jane and Jackie prove to be anything but sane and harmless as they embark on a vicious spree in which they torture, murder, and mutilate any man luckless enough to cross their lethal paths.

Psycho Sisters
Qu'est-ce que c'est?
I bought this from the guy who sold me Mr Ice Cream Man (1995), so this has a high bar for awfulness to pass. Here were my thoughts watching it:
The opening scene is shot and staged exactly the a scene in my first student short, complete with unconvincing smack in the face via frying pan.
About 15 minutes in, I had to pause the movie to dl some bits. The second I come back to it there is the most stock-audio sounding fart sfx I have ever heard.
The line delivery is akin to a John Waters movie.
By about halfway through I started to think that the comedy is more intentional than I first expected - and it still works pretty well.
Whoever was in charge of sound effects did a terrible job. Some actions have no sound effects and the ones that do are timed off horribly.
Okay so this is a homophobic biker movie now?
Wtf there's there's this random scene with a guy with a mommy fetish!?!
So there is a ghost now? And she's telling her sister to make out with their victim?
The ghost turns up later to give a thumbs up like it's a spoof of the ending of Return Of The Jedi.
There's a date scene shot as a oner that pans, tilts and zooms all over the place. It feels like the filmmaker tries to get as much coverage as possible but only had one take and one camera.
Does the sister not think to close the blinds after she kidnaps a peeping tom? Did it not occur to her that someone else could see?
I don't thong beating a guy up is that effective if he's suuuper into it.
I can't believe I'm saying this, but this movie has a mommy gf vs psycho sister showdown (with absolutely no sound effects of stabbings).
More stock fart sound effects
The makeup work on this movie isn't half bad actually.
So yeah this was a weird one. Lots of fun with plenty of crappy gore and even crappier acting.
