i am so glued into this version of Camille Claudel where they labeled her as a mad person, although we don't know if that's true but base on what we know it's most likely not but I'm still amazed by the overall story and how they adapted the ART into ART

this was a calm watch at first but amidst this calmness we're always given a hint of imbalance and jealousy even tensions

by the second half problems weren't being solved but only escalated and repeated and in this time we see her brokedown and pretty much Isabelle Adjani's typical S-tier performance kick in

overall this was a good adaptation, i love it

If i was rating performance of Isabelle Adjani’s alone I would give it five stars, but I couldn’t stand how inaccurate they told her story. I love Camille Claudel works and it breaks my heart that she was portrayed as a crazy person because she wasn’t. She was underrated in her times. Her brother and family were cruel and neglectful, instead of supporting her, they abandoned her, into assylum, locked up alone in horrible conditions cut off of her one true love - sculpting. Her story is tragic enought there is no need to twist it making her look mad and stupid. She will never be forgotten as she was the greatest sculptor of 19th century.

Sadly the last 40 minutes were corrupted, but going off of the first 2 hours and 10 minutes it was a pretty good movie! Isabelle Adjani ate of course. Gerard Depardieu scary af of course
