Kind of a strange short film because on one hand, there is a genuinely clever twist in here but on the other hand, does it need to be clever? The twist works as a twist but the short doesn’t do anything with it, and even if the narrative stuck to the original story, it still wouldn’t have any message to say or any meaningful way to say it because as much as I dislike saying it, this is ultimately an insanely shallow short film.
