Sat here thinking to myself how’d her mom not notice… or if she was choosing to not acknowledge what was happening.. she seemed like she was choosing to be almost oblivious to what was going on with Jackie. There were moments where you’d expect a deeper conversation or concern. It makes you wonder if that emotional neglect played a role in Jackie’s fixation on Matthew?
