When Sandro’s father decides to devote his life to God and leaves for a monastery, the teenage introvert finds himself deprived of the fundamental certainties of life. You can dislike the story if you want, but directing is phenomenal.
The film is raw and honest so I think that's the reason people dislike it a lot.
Malkhaz Abuladze delivered the best performance in the whole movie
