1953, colonized Algeria. Fanon, a young black psychiatrist is appointed head doctor at the Blida-Joinville Hospital. He was putting his theories of ‘Institutional Psychotherapy’ into practice in opposition to the racist theories of the Algies School of Psychiatry, while a war broke out in his own wards.

Trop important.

Y'a beaucoup d'autres choses qui aurait pu être dit je pense, autour de l'Algérie du FLN etc... Mais c'est vrai que c'est un film sur Fanon pas sur le pays. Et je connais pas assez l'histoire du personnage pour voir qu'est ce qui n'a pas été abordé autour delui, mais ça donne envie de lire ces écrits.
