Urban Legends: Final Cut is surprisingly not irredeemable garbage. If you're looking for a fun, entertaining slasher and nothing else, you'll probably have a good time. I saw the first Urban Legend movie a long time ago, and hated it, and this one is surprisingly better. I liked the film school setting, and it had some cool kills. I do feel like it lost the spirit of the first film and departed from the first film's entire premise about "urban legends," just devolving into a generic slasher. The script and directing are also pretty bad. I also think that the characters were poorly done and didn't care about a single one of them. But I had a good time, and if you're doing a Scream-inspired slasher, you could do worse. Overall, it's just meh, and I was expecting a lot worse.
