The Clouseau films are always farcical and silly, but this one might take the cake. We've gone from revenge murders and robberies to doomsday devices and an international assassin chase. Can't say I didn't enjoy it but what even is this franchise? Still, this was quite hysterical at times.

So far, the goofiest in the series. Cartoon hijinks and 70’s costuming galore. They really let Herbert Lom go all out, as he manifests every 70’s Bond villain stereotype .Very fun, but doesn’t top the quality some of the earlier films bring.
