Moving Target
It's fine. It's clearly a TV movie (you can tell where the commercial breaks were), so they were limited on what they could do. It's a very sloppy story that has it's moments, but doesn't offer much excitement. I'm a big young Justin Bateman fan and this kind of scratches that itch, but there is little offered in the movie beyond that.
