Honestly, I’m not a big fan of short films, but this is an exception. I found this in my recommended on YouTube so I decided to watch it. But this is honestly my favourite short film, and it’s actually really great. This isn’t a big budget short or anything so I didn’t actually expect the acting to be good and was just expecting a student film, yet it very much so impressed me. Someone cut this video down on TikTok just to end it on a Ninja low taper fade meme. I was still intrigued by the premise so I had to check the full thing out.

In terms of its concept and execution, it feels very open for people to interpret but at the same time I think they could’ve added more concepts to broaden the views of ageing, working a 9 ‘til 5, FOMO, etc.
