Feel weird even reviewing this bc we watched the TV edit on CBC Gem and I don’t feel like I have the credentials to critique what doesn’t feel like the artist’s intended vision. Still, I found this to be a very touching expression of grief through the lens of filmmaking. What a fascinating character to just watch have thoughts. It’s a bittersweet thing to watch a person attempt to find meaning in their suffering.
