In the fall of 1964, just over a year before his death, Buster Keaton traveled to Canada to make The Railrodder, a short subject that now enjoys a small cult following. Documenting this mobile production in fascinating and unexpected detail, Buster Keaton Rides Again offers a rare glimpse of the comedy legend’s temperament, philosophies, hobbies, marriage (his third), and the occasionally combative creative process behind the scenes. An intimate look at one of cinema’s most enduring legends.

I always have the same reaction whenever I remember that Keaton broke his neck in Sherlock Jr. and only found out TEN YEARS later!!!! And honestly, just seeing him being all shy with a flower above his head while everyone sang “Happy Birthday” to him already made it all worth it

This is a must watch for Keaton fans. The footage of Buster and his wife just existing is priceless. The documentary also felt so modern, it feels so strange to be watching someone who died 60 years ago. My favorite scene was watching them watch a baseball game.
