Val Kilmer as a passenger through the native Souix reservation, phenomenal.
Kilmer going through visions and his voyage “through” Thunderheart, eh.
Overall a good film and Graham Greene is phenomenal here, best performance here for me.

fuck the FBI, fuck the CIA, fuck the US Government. Turtle Island all the way, baby!
Everytime I learn more about the native blood and tears the US is built on and continues to terrorise “legally”, the more enraged I become. All my homies HATE settler colonies.
All actors were absolutely brilliant, just insane levels of chemistry and character understanding imo. Love Graham Greene in this to the point I need a standalone film of Walter Crow Horse. I do wish they could have focused more on how fucked up the US government is when it steals land, since that felt rushed at the end.
(Maggie my beloved, rest easy. Grandpa Reaches you have my heart. Ray and Crow have insanely weird chemistry, besties fr. Jimmy the dog I love you).
(Yet another sexy sweaty Val Kilmer character. They’ve typecast him into being sweaty and hot and it works)
