I thought was going to be another version of a horror that I’ve already seen. I’m mistaken this story is super original. After falling into a hole that had cult energy. Two people in a sexless relationship are now unable to stop themselves from being together, like magnets. This could technically be put in the cult horror genre. Banger. Wish I would of seen this in theaters last year.

i said it once but THIS IS WHAT I WANTED FROM THE SUBSTANCE. but not in like horror way (the ugly stepsister is responsible for it), more like in an idea way.

because you could actually can see different meaning in this movie depending on your perspective. and the movie is so so layered

great one. i think it’s not going to be a classic one, but memorable for sure.

btw this two actors ARE MARRIED (Alison Brie and Dave Franco) and i just found it out. so cool to see couples together in the movies…

Definitelyyyy an uncomfortable watch at certain parts 😂. Regardless a really good performance from Dave and Alison, I was really sold on their characters and the portrayal of the power dynamic in the relationship was great. Ending was a little subpar but funny at the same time considering the roller coaster we went on during the movie😂. I liked it would recommend giving it a try if you’re bored and need something thrilling to watch
