Flicker
Honestly, the movie was fine. You don’t really see the time go by, even if some scenes feel a bit useless. Honestly, if it didn’t say
Darren Aronofsky on the poster, you wouldn’t have guessed it. It definitely smells like a film calibrated for the box office.
I don’t know why, but for some reason it reminded me of
Kingsman. Don’t ask me why — there’s really almost no resemblance — but that’s just what came to mind.
But my screening… absolute
nightmare. A swarm of teenagers (seriously, I thought an
entire class had just walked in) invaded the theater — around 25 of them, arriving in groups, some even in the middle of the movie, making a ridiculous amount of noise. Talking, shouting, and laughing so loud it drowned out the movie.
So yeah, good film… but zero respect in that theater. Honestly, it ruined the experience and
pissed me off more than I can say. To anyone reading this: please, for the love of cinema, teach your kids some respect — or at the very least, have some yourselves when you’re in a theater.
