WW1 has always been scarier to me than WW2. The idea of not knowing what’s over your head as you survive in a dug up hole is terrifying. While this has some amazing cinematography, felt like it didn’t sum up what the horror elements portrayed were. Didn’t know if it was about spirits, mental destruction, or something else. Fun film though.
