My great grandfather was a bomber pilot in WWII, like this movie. I liked this a lot more than I thought I would. It’s got a stacked cast, some pretty good performances, and a really nice score. The movie fleshed out each and every member of the Memphis Belle in the first 30 minutes, so that was nice.

Now that was a good movie.

One of the most underrated movies I’ve ever watched. This was phenomenal to watch and I had a really good time. The visuals on this are stunning and the acting is pretty good too. The director managed to convert a simple story into a masterpiece.

I was supposed to watch Goodfellas today but I wanted to go for something with a a shorter runtime so I chose this one. I missed this when it was on tv a couple of months back and I always thought it was a cool looking movie and I’m glad I finally checked it out.

Like most movies, this still has some issues with it. Mostly the effects in this. They haven’t dated very good at all. But I still managed to find it amusing. Like in most war movies for me, I couldn’t tell who was who and I don’t know the names of anyone. I could tell who everyone was from their faces but a few I was confused about.

Quick side note, I’m officially half way through my challenge. 31 days down, 31 to go.
