“Alright I’m gonna sing this song for the millionth time!”
I am 10000% bobby dylans vibe in this. He just does not give a fuck, and I love it.
Why is he in this? Why is it so common in movies like this for them to get iced cream cones?
This is on par with the seventies star is born or satisfaction (liam neeson gives a similar performance as dylan, later to be quoted as saying he doesn’t even know what the movie is about, just that they paid him a lot and the chicks were hot), but the lead (fiona flanagan) is incredibly charmless and, at 26, not even the least bit believable as an eager but naive 18 yr old groupie wannabe rock star. That’s also probably for the best cuz dylans like 75 so there’s some pervyyyy aspects.
Man could you imagine if instead they cast Britta Phillips?! They mighta actually had a sleeper cult classic.
All that said, i love this kinda garbage, haha. I love all of Bob Dylan’s outfits. I love that the sax man from lost boys is in it. 🎷
Rupert everett is sooooo hilarious as well. Hearts of what?
