Watching this the night before Shamrock Rovers play in the FAI cup final where we can win a historic double, so I thought his was quite fitting as this was based around the first round of the same tournament.
Irish films are honestly goated, there’s something so comforting about movies been made in your home country, maybe it’s the humour that not many other people around the world don’t get that we just love and laugh tears at. But I just love Irish movies and they need to be appreciated more.
The cast in this was great, some great Irish actors and comedians in it that you know and love, that just kill it in this. Ardal O’Hanlon and Amy Huberman the most famous Irish actors out of the lot, but people who’ve never made their screen debut also were superb!
Some top top Irish humour that had me laughing hard! More Irish comedies please!
