This movie had an interesting premise and strong casting. I loved a lot of the trippy sun shots and theory’s as they moved closer and closer to Icarus. The 3rd act started to take a turn into horror city and ngl threw the movie off for me but, that ending scene where Cilian Murphy looked like he made ‘contact’ sort of made it worth it. Looking forward to watching this again on a projector screen, the visuals were real impressive considering the year this came out.

Beer Movie.
The visuals were stunning, all the reflections and illumination tricks were actually fantastic; I loved the jitter and disassociative camera work and color grading difference in the 3rd part of the movie.
The sound design was also so beautiful up to the last part where it got a little too upbeat for me, but all the atmospheric and ambient design was absolutely incredible.

All of the color grading was perfect for a movie about the sun.

As well as the tonal shift; from sci fi/cultish to a slasher was incredible for me I loved that Pinbacker wasn’t just a flashback but actually affected the payload delivery.

Also Project Hail Mary ripped that ending frame by frame lowkey 

Side note, Chris Evans and Cillian Murphy look insanely good in this movie.
