told myself i was gonna do a long form review because #miami film festival 😛 but its been too long since i watched it.
funny as hell!!! entire row was laughing and i can’t really recall another in theater experience where the laughter was so positive… 😭 but a really exciting directorial debut and ill def rewatch during theatrical release. love love love the characterization. it feels so deliberate and honestly doesn’t ever really end, just builds upon itself until the literal end when the plot gets so ridiculous — and still their choices seem so justified and true to who these people are?? like ok strongest part of the script, and tbh really supported by costuming!!! the shark cryoglow mask and “the strand” tote bag used by ari told me all i needed to know abt his ego. ☺️❤️
