Have not seen the original so I have no idea if its worse or anything but this was such a lovely time I teared up.

I think the acting or script was a bit stiff at times? And I wish we could have gotten more development with the grandma but regardless it was so touching !!

To be fair im very easy to please when you put in found family, wlw mlm solidarity and a happy ending in a queer movie. I really hope movies like these keep being made
