Bing examines a village in China's Yunnan province.

In this documentary, Bing captured in an intimate way the lives of those who are living in the rural village.

The documentary is a poignant examination of rural lives that allows one to connect with each of the villagers exploring each life firsthand.

I’m not sure what Bing wants us to feel from this film. It’s absolutely beautiful and I still have yet to see a film of his that I didn’t like, but these children aren’t necessarily alone when their aunt lives near by and Bing is there with his camera. So the affect is a bit weird. Lovely and engrossing, nonetheless.
