holy FUCK. if you ever get the urge to watch someone absolutely decimate other people, watch this. the plot, acting, etc was so mid, bad even, but the fighting sequences, especially that last one, were some of the best i've ever seen, bar none. bro was moving around like a truck that can grapple, get him in with Aspinall right neow.

This movie recognizes the importance of great sound design.

Bren Foster is already a very capable fighter in his own right. But the impeccable sound design here makes every punch, kick, and grapple of his feel like goddamn supernovas. All of this is the most apparent in the last 40 minutes, a relentless barrage of wall-to-wall, well-choreographed ass-whooping.

I have a couple issues with the plotting and the characterization (outside of the protagonist) leading up to the finale, but Foster displays a lot of talent both in front and behind the camera that those issues are ones I can let slide, especially as a first-time effort doing...nearly everything apparently.
