Slow, ponderous and not very interesting. Lead star Chloe Levine does her best to work with a sparse script that feels rushed to reach an unfulfilling climax.

Not everything can be as good as “The Substance”.
There’s a guy in this who looks a bit like Robbie Williams. It’s kinda funny.
Just forgettable generic direct to streaming horror that wastes a good concept.

This was alright. I love indie and low-stakes sci-fi, and dreams are a favourite topic/theme of mine. I found the plot a little lacking, but the lead performance kept me interested.

Chloë Levine top tier monologue. Performances were great and was beautifully shot but the metaphor didn’t really land for me. A lot of names to look forward to though because they’re glimpses of some great things in this film.
