“if i were to die… would you give me a kiss to save this lonely soul”
I really should stop choosing the most heartwrenching films to watch early in the morning because then my whole day is just filled with dreaddddd
but needless to say, everything about this movie is so beautiful. the coloring and cinematography, the acting and the dialogue, it all creates one tear-jerking yet heartwarming work of art. it’s the fact that you already knew how devastating the ending would be at the beginning but you still choose to continue watching because you wonder how it’s going to play out.
and i will say it played out better than I hoped. they managed to create such beautiful moments together despite knowing it wouldn’t last and it’d only be left as memories. but after all that, it still has you thinking I wish they had more time.
three gerberas to this movie and to that one person I’m still clinging on to* *
