A lot of stuff I loved, the set design an aesthetic mostly.
The plot was kind of all over the place and the writing a bit weird, has some funny bad moments.
The monster only appears fully in the very end and isn’t even anything spectacular, kind of a knock off xenomorph.
Pretty cool movie but really needed more monster action.

Incredible acting happening in Wet-Future Cyberpunk-London. Hilarious & gritty, what a combo. Some of the most disgusting coffee I’ve ever seen consumed onscreen.

Starts off as a gritty cyberpunk buddy cop comedy — Rutger Hauer plays the most tortured detective in existence, living entirely off of chocolate, coffee and cigarettes — before morphing into a balls-to-the-wall action horror where our two leads deteriorate physically and psychologically while going toe-to-toe with some mutant alien devil freak who's been grotesquely slaughtering civilians and leaving blood sigils all throughout flooded dystopian Future London. It's basically Se7en but John Doe is a Xenomorph. Pure undiluted '90s B-movie cheese.
