This film surpassed my expectations. The comedy did lack but honestly I think if this movie focused more on the story and character development it would have hit much much harder. The beginning was honestly the worst part of the film. By the ending sequence it felt like I could have skipped the first 25ish minutes and still have left with the same experience. The weight lifting championship sequence was done very well and the recorded video part at the end was the cherry on top of this film.
