Johan has such a depressing life-
A story exploring the conflict between desire and guilt—which felt shallow, since the conflict wasn't visible. The character simply agreed to what was happening to them—although you may argue there was a little resistance.
This one had a lot of intertitles which I, personally, found a bit annoying. lazy visual storytelling
I also do think that the actions of the characters are not justified enough. It is easily visible that they are being forced to behave in a certain way. Moreover, I think the film started off with a good pacing but in the middle, it was overstretching the plot, it could have easily wrapped up much shorter.
